We finish another week with another glorious chart from myself that has a smell of spring in the air a sign of new things to come and another year marginally untouched.
Anyway; here we are and starting us off is the Soulful workings of ”Back To Your Place” by DJ Spen & Marc Evans, with Jihad Muhammad providing the delicate touches here to let the vocal ride atop a delicate 4/4 beat.
Jimpster is next remixing Chicago’s very own Vic Lavender & Justin Dillard’s ”Time & Time again”. We have a stone cold classic from Manchester (UK) via Berlin with Jerome Sydenham update on this seminal acid/house dance track ready for 2026 dancefloors.
Next up The Frenchman doing his thing on his ”Earthrumental” imprint with a track that creates just enough dissonance to make the listener feel uneasy & at ease at the same time; clever stuff as usual by Franck Roger.
Marc Cotterell brings us the ”Soul Of House” delivered perfectly by vocalist Rebeka Davis (Brasstastic).
Warm chords and sweet poppy-esque vocal house from Dwayne Motley’s ”Close Your Eyes” Big Love with a Big heart warming slice of feel good Disco with ”I Love You So” by Osner. Jimpster is at it again with a 2nd appearance in this weeks chart remixing Fred Everything’s ”Not A Club Song” with a broken beat take.
Deep House with a Janis Joplin sounding spoken vocal on Lance DeSardi’s ”The Power Of Suggestion.
And we finish in Brooklyn on Henry Street to be exact with ”You Are The Reason” by no other than the Johnick duo with their shuffling house beats & catchy hook to have you foot tappin’ head noddin’ in no time. – Until next time pop pickers!!
